Winter 2015

Uten Ord is a literary journal whose goal is to allow emerging authors an anonymous means to practice their trade and to work on and develop their sketches. We've adopted our epithet, translated from the Norwegian as "without words", alluding to lyrical songs composed without words, as a tongue-in-cheek look at our writing practices and anonymity.

Our final edition of 2015 mirrors the especially cold winter we had in Southern California; stories about both internal and external cold, fading memories and the warmth of the hearth. With three new authors and one veteran this is one of our largest editions yet.
